Judge's decision-order
(see below) admonishes and dismisses Sonia Ruiz's
false, malicious and frivolous motions,
and includes the following
precedent note commentary by the judge:
"Courts are not obliged to indulge the
excesses of a pro se [self-represented] litigant at the expense of decorum,
judicial economy and fairness to opposing parties... [pro se plaintiff] "engaged
in frivolous, defamatory
and prejudicial conduct that
includes multiple actions... and voluminous and unnecessary motion practice.
Proceeding pro se is not a license to pursue frivolous litigation...."

The PLAINTIFF responded to Sonia Ruiz's false defamatory
accusations, attesting: "Ruiz offers no
new facts that would change the determination.... instead merely restating and
repeatedly reiterating melodramatic allegations. Ruiz seeks to avoid her
contractual obligations and continues to misuse this Court’s resources through
unnecessary, frivolous, and improper motion practice....
Ruiz should not be allowed to simply reopen a decision without the proper
basis, simply because she is not happy with the outcome."
