14 FALSE & MALICIOUS COMPLAINTS FILED WITH DEPT OF HOUSING BY SONIA RUIZ AGAINST HER LANDLORD

In response to her landlord's demand for payment of $35,500 in due rent arrears, Sonia Ruiz unleashed a malicious campaign of repeated 311 Dept of Housing Inspection complaints.  Ruiz filed a total of 17 complaints against her landlord between Nov 21, 2023 and Feb 6, 2024 resulting in 14 "no violation" closures, 2 classified as "open" pending verification on the eve of the Ruiz's eviction, one closed November 27, 2023, upon a minor violation, inspection and correction by landlord.  She systematically abused and harassed the building management employees and tenants in the building and appealed eviction procedures for eighteen months until the landlord was forced to forgo the $35,500 in due rent arrears on the condition she immediately vacate the premises.
