October 28, 2024, despite having been admonished by the court for her
"excessive use of defamatory, prejudicial and frivolous motions,"

made new false and meritless accusations in Nassau County Superior court of being "sexually
harassed, attempted assault [sic], threatened, manipulated" by the
"disgusting low life world of men" in an entire sector of
a service industry. Ruiz after having a judgment entered against her by the
court for a
$53,000 debt, now demands that the judgment be overturned because she was sexually
harassed by the 'world of men in the tow trucking' and because "When I signed your contract, I did not know exactly what I
was signing..." Ruiz also typically makes a claim in her submission that this is about her mother and how she is her mentally-ill mother's "only caretaker" all the while disparaging her mother to others for abusing her all her life. Ruiz claimed in 2024 that she and her mother are residents in the Queensbridge ghetto housing projects, while Ruiz actually lived for years, until she was recently evicted for non-payment of rent, in a luxury penthouse apartment in Kew Gardens Hills, Queens, leaving her mother in the filth and squalor of her Queensbridge project apartment to fend for herself.
