RESTRAINING ORDER OF PROTECTION AGAINST SONIA RUIZ, QUEENS, NY, JANUARY 28, 2024
Sonia Ruiz stalked and threatened a victim for 8 months, April-Dec 2023.  She filed multiple false charges with the NYPD 107 Precinct falsely accusing her victim of stalking and threatening her. When the victim declined to make the demanded blackmail payments, Sonia Ruiz sent obscene, threatening and disturbing sexually perverse texts to the victim's wife and youngest daughter on December 22, 2023.  Ruiz was arrested and charged on January 8, 2024 and the victim was issued an Order of Protection (Restraining Order) against Ruiz by the Queens County Criminal Court on January 28, 2024.
