Harassment Video (6:26 min) 08-28-2024, recorded by victim Leonel Baldizon, as Sonia Ruiz follows him on the streets of Astoria, Queens, New York, screaming abuse at him while calling police demanding they come to arrest him for sexually harassing her.  Baldizon had inadvertently revealed to Ruiz's creditors in other cases, that she was hiding in his apartment from them.   Baldizon walks away, attempting to disengage from her, but Ruiz follows and stalks him, relentlessly pressing her virulent harassment of him; "he is walking away" Ruiz whines to the police dispatcher on the the phone, until he leads her to the doors of the NYPD 114th Precinct on Astoria Blvd in Queens, whereupon Ruiz then turns on her heels and retreats.  (A few months earlier, Ruiz had been arrested and charged with attempted felony extortion and coercion inside the NYPD 107th Precinct House in Kew Gardens, Queens, while attempting to file similarly false charges against a different victim.
